Chicken salad can obviously be made year-round, but it feels like a summer staple. There’s something kind of refreshing about it. One of the great things about chicken salad is that it can be made into a million different variations. My absolute favorite chicken salad is at a restaurant on Mackinac Island called Mary’s Bistro.
I will always be a proponent of dining al fresco. Some people view eating as just a way to sustain life. But for me, dining is an experience. I find dining outside to be more relaxing and liberating. I find food tastes better and fresher outdoors. That being said, I love picnics! Packing a picnic
